Across the Bay 12k and 5k (7.4 and 3.1 miles)
12k is a point to point course starting in Sausalito, across the Golden Gate Bridge, and finishing in Aquatic Park.
The 5k starts and finishes at Aquatic Park
Across the Bay 12k is honored to continue to designate Edgewood Center for Children and Families as its Official Benefiting Charity.
Edgewood Center for Children and Families serves thousands of children, youth, and families that have experienced traumatic stress leading to learning disabilities, mental illness, and debilitating behavioral issues. With treatment and prevention programs, many children and families can overcome these challenges and transform their lives.
SATURDAY
- Bib Distribution - pass out bibs to runners who come to check in
- Shirt Distribution - pass out shirts to runners who come to check in
- Unwrap Medals - unwrap medals for race day distribution
SUNDAY
- Aid Station 1 AQUATIC PARK
Meeting:
- volunteers meet at Aquatic Park at 6:00 AM and will be shuttled across Golden Gate Bridge
- pass out water to runners, direct runner the right way on the race course
- Aid Station 2 BATTERY EAST PARKING LOT (Need to go by car or take Bus 28)

Set GPS to 958 Lincoln Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94129
- volunteers meet at a designated parking lot in the Presidio at Water Station on the race course
- pass out water to runners, direct runner the right way on the race course

- Van Ness Ave between Muni Turnaround and Pier – 3:30am – 12:00pm
- Jefferson St between Hyde St and Westerly Terminus – 5:00am – 6:00pm
- Laguna St between Bay St & Marina Blvd (NB Lane 1) – 7:00am – 11:00am
- Marina Blvd (Westbound lanes only) between Lyon Street and Laguna St – 7:00am – 11:00am
- Old Mason St between Marine Dr & Javowitz (Westbound lanes only) – 7:00am – 8:15am
- East Beach Parking Lot (east end only) – 7:15am – 8:15am
