Technically I use and visit Google the most, but for leisurely purposes, more specifically YouTube. I enjoy watching crime documentaries, food tutorials, and k-dramas to relax and take a break.
My grandparents have definitely inspired me to be who I am today. They are the most loving, caring and hardworking people I know, and I am blessed to be able to see and visit them on a weekly basis. I want to make them proud with everything I do and pay them back in the future for all that they have done for me.
If I could spend all my time in one place, it would be at a beach in Hawaii. The scenery is amazing, and there is so much you can do at a beach. Although I cannot swim well, canoeing, snorkeling, and just looking at fish is what makes the beach so much fun! (of course only in the shallow area)
I think what people misunderstand about me the most is that I am very quiet and shy. While that may seem true at first, people tend to tell me that they did not expect me to have such a different personality than they initially thought I had at first impression.
If I knew I was going to die in an hour, I would go to an amusement park with my friends and family because I LOVE rollercoasters. I would want to make my last hour as memorable it can be, and I want my last memories to end happily rather than in sadness.
I definitely do not think I would be able to live without my friends or family because they are what is keeping me going. Without them, life would be so much more boring and bland, that there would not be much or a reason to live.
If I could make one rule, it would be to think rationally and considerately towards others before doing something. Many people, including myself, tend to act out of the spur of the moment, and they do not consider how their actions can affect others. I believe that having empathy toward others will create a more peaceful world.
My motivation to volunteer for a Charity Run would be to be able to meet and help many people. Although I am a new volunteer, and I haven't gone to many Charity Runs, I have noticed that volunteering makes so many lasting memories that I will never forget.
HIM has given me an opportunity to be able to give back to my community. Before discovering HIM, I did not know how or where I could volunteer. But through HIM, I am able to discover many different ways and things I can help with. I am very grateful to have found HIM!
The HIM Internship Program has taught me many things, and if you are interested you should just apply. I did not know anything about the internship, but after completing it, I highly recommend it. I do not regret anything!
If you treat your life like a game of LIFE, I would say one of the rules would be to complete each step/ phase fairly (no cheating) and to treat each day, choice, and chance like its the last because you only have one life.
I would like to be remembered as someone who was kind and welcoming to all. I want to be remembered as someone who is respectable and with good virtue.
