Ok listen, Being invisible would be a good superpower as long as you didn't have to be naked. Even though absolutely no one can see you, you still know you are naked.
I am an Internship Senior Coordinator, My responsibilities include making sure my trainee feels welcomed into the internship department and to prepare them for a position in this department.
I try to live without regrets so that I don't have to worry about things I have done wrong in the past. Naturally as a human being, I'm not perfect and I have made many mistakes in the past but there is no point in dwelling on those mistakes because there is nothing you can do to change what happened. Just keep your head up and keep moving forward!
You get to meet a lot of new people and make a lot of friends, You also gain Leadership skills such as improved time management, intercommunicating with co-workers and it all feels very rewarding.
It definitely has its ups and downs, The downs being it is a bit hard to juggle my tasks with all my schoolwork but the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives. I get to meet a lot of people and make friends, especially at events. I can get a feel for a workplace and develop better discipline and practices for when I finally move into the big boy world.
It's gonna be a lot of work and the day usually feels longer, but I get a chance to see my friends who I haven't seen in a while or meet new people and have a fun time at the event.
Definitely have a really good online presence because you never know when someone might be trying to get into contact with you.
