I would steal. So much. Probably from a bank because insurance tends to cover all the stolen goods, and because I’m invisible, the workers wouldn’t get traumatized.
If I had the power to change one thing, I would get rid of climate change. If I got rid of climate change, future generations could live on earth without having to worry about the world ending because of the actions of past generations, older generations would not have to live with the guilt of ending the world (if they are still alive, that is), and would hopefully prevent the colonization of other planets
Ok. Full itinerary:
I would wake up at 9:30am and go on a hike with my mom. Afterwards, I would probably do some chores so that my room isn’t in shambles. Around 11am, I would order brunch and eat brunch with my family. Afterwards, I would then ideally do some work so that I can feel like I accomplished something important that day. Then, I would sew or paint while watching anime until dinnertime, which is around 7pm in my household. At dinnertime, I would help my mother prepare a delectable dinner and eat a royally luxurious dessert. At nighttime, probably around 9 pm, I would call my friends (including very cool event officer Nicole Chao) and play Minecraft, watch anime, or just chat until 3am.
I would eat cheese. I think cheese is phenomenal. Refined. Exquisite even. Most importantly, extremely versatile. Eating cheese is like biting into a cold block of gold and tasting every flavor on the flavor spectrum. To quote a poem about cheese, Cheese is a "holey wedge [that] makes me melt- [a] holy union of milk and patience- we wait, you age." There are so many ways I could eat cheese. I could eat it when I want sweet or savory dishes. I could use ricotta cheese for a mousse, mascarpone for ice cream or tiramisu filling, or just eat asiago, parmesan, gouda, mozzarella, or brie by itself because they are so good. Like so good. Irresistible. Impeccable. It is impossible to describe the holy experience of eating a piece of cheese.
The most valuable lesson I have learned is to take initiative. I learned that you cannot just sit around and just hope/wait for things to pan out the way you expect, and to take action on what you want to do.
I would either be a designer, painter, animator, game programmer, food scientist, chef, or architect. I’m not quite sure,,, there's a whole lot of stuff I want to do, so not having to worry about money would be pretty cool.
One of my main motivations is my friends (including very cool event officer Nicole Chao!) and acquaintances. This is a motivation because, at the charity runs, I can both positively impact people and see my friends at the same time. Another reason is to help the people who are offering their time, money, and effort for a charity. I think it is extraordinary that these people would work this hard for a cause that they believe in.
I looked forward to the Hot Chocolate Run because I expected chocolate to be a main factor in the event. It exceeded my expectations because I worked with chocolate squares while greeting runners at the door and worked with hot chocolate at the hot chocolate stand.
I quite enjoyed working with HIM because I like contributing back to the community through helping people and meeting all sorts of people from different backgrounds. I also like that there is a lot of independence in what you can do.
Heart In Motion has made me more responsible for what I want to do. Before HIM, I just volunteered wherever my mom wanted me to. But with HIM, I am more involved and motivated to volunteer because.
