Internship Program Manager & Executive Assistant

If I became invisible right now, I would probably not doing anything. It's currently night time, I am tired, and I want to go to sleep. Being invisible would not be too helpful right now. If I had to pick something though, I would probably say spy on one of my family members.
I am motivated my my future career and life. I want to have a job that I can live comfortably off of but also be something that I truly love. I want to repay my parents for what they have sacrificed for me. This dream is what pushes me to try hard each day.
I think it is very important. I believe that in order to succeed and grow, you have to constantly improve your inner self. Just like how in life you are expected to achieve new skills, graduate, get a job, etc; your personality, behavior, attitude, and more affects how far you get. Who you are also determines who will want to be with you, whether that's family or friends. So to have the best possible version of you will allow you to go very far.
My current HIM position is an Internship Program Manager. Along with other Internship PMs, I help manage the many mentoring and train the trainer groups we have in our department. I oversee all the meetings and provide feedback as to how each person could improve or what they are doing well. I make sure that everyone is completing all of their tasks well and on time. In addition, I manage the internship lessons we have to make sure they run smoothly. I am also there for if anyone has questions about internship, mentoring, train the trainer, or anything HIM related!
I want to be remembered as a someone who is caring, thoughtful, helpful, and loving. I want people to remember all the good times I had with them in person and over text. I want people to have enjoyed their friendship with me. I want to be remembered by my family as someone who loved them and cared about them.
It is to treat everyone in your life as good as you possibly can and to live life to the fullest because you never know what is going to happen to anyone you love. Each day is an opportunity to make new memories and experience new things and all of that could instantly be taken away. Once that happens, there will be so much regret but nothing can be done about it. Therefore, be good to everyone and do what you love!
I would choose a salad because it is healthy and can be made in so many different ways. I would not have to worry about consuming enough vegetables. I could also add meat, fruits, dressing, and lots of other stuff to change up the flavor and to make it tasty.
Being apart of HIM Leadership is like being apart of a large family. We all come from different locations, but the same goal, commitment, and determination that each member has to help HIM succeed brings us all together. You will learn so much through internship, train the trainer, and in your leadership position, but you will also laugh so much through our bonding nights and many meetings. You will get to know your fellow leaders so well and succeed together!
It has affected me in so many ways. I have learned so much on how to use spreadsheets, notion, remind, and canva. Being able to work in a professional work environment has improved my communication skills, management skills, teamwork, time management, and so much more. I think two of the biggest things I have learned are initiative and leadership. I am a pretty shy person, but being part of HIM makes me feel more comfortable speaking out in front of a group of people and sharing my ideas and being a leader overall. There is so much that I am not quite sure how to express it in words.
