I’m not really sure what I would do. Maybe I’d try to prank my family or something like that. Maybe I would move chairs or stuff. Or maybe I would pretend to be a ghost haunting my family since it’s the Halloween season right now.
I think one thing I would change is to make people more kind and understanding. There’s a lot of hate in the world especially right now so I think it would be a helpful thing to do. I also think a lot of the world’s problems would be solved if people were more understanding of others in general. It would be nice if people were kinder in general.
My ideal way to spend the weekend is with my friends or family. I would probably spend one day just hanging out at the beach. I’d probably want to go to brunch or something the following day. Then I’d spend that afternoon walking around downtown, and probably shopping.
I think I would only eat pasta for the rest of my life. It’s super easy to make and since you can make it in a bunch of different ways, I feel like I wouldn’t ever get bored or sick of it. It’s also really hard to mess up or make it taste bad. It’s just a great food in general.
I think the most valuable lesson I’ve ever learned in my life is to trust myself. I used to depend on the judgment of others more than my own. I eventually learned that I should just trust myself because I’m the only one who knows what I want to do with my life. Learning that also helped me grow up more and become a more independent and confident person.
I think I’d want to work at an animal shelter. I’ve loved animals since I was very young so spending every day with them would be really fun. I think I’d want to work at a shelter that has exotic animals in addition to the more common animals like dogs and cats. I think that would be interesting.
I really enjoy meeting people and helping people so just remembering that motivates me to get up early in the morning for a Charity Run. Participating in the events with my friends also helps a lot.
I think the event I was looking most forward to was Bay to Breakers, but unfortunately due to the current situation in the world, it was canceled.
My experience has been pretty good. I really enjoy helping people and meeting new people and HIM has allowed that to happen. It’s also been nice working with a lot of my friends, because it’s not something that’s usually possible.
HIM has helped me become more responsible and gave me opportunities to be more involved in my community. Before joining I spent most of my time doing activities only offered at my school. HIM has given me the opportunity to branch out from that and involve myself in more city-wide activities.
