Date: May 4 - 5, 2019

Time: Arrival time BY 7:15 AM and we will finish by 11am. The 5K run will start at 9:00AM

Location: Hellman’s Hollow at Golden Gate Park: map. When you arrive you will check in at the VOLUNTEER tent. 

What to wear: You will be given a volunteer t-shirt. Please wear something comfortable on bottom jeans, shorts, athletic pants etc. Closed toe shoes, preferably sneakers. You will be outside and standing for the volunteer shift.

What to expect: The team will help with laying out course signs, start/finish line (managing the 2,000ish runners), course marshals along the route and helping with the water station. It'll be pretty easy as the participants loop the park.

After: Once the 5K is done and we have cleaned up the race course you are free to stay and enjoy the rest of the event. Yoga, meditation and vendors goes for a few more hours!
